We care about our clients and their owners. Report any discrepancies in your order (such as defective items, damages, or a wrong shipment) within 5 days of receipt, and we will fix the problem at no cost to you.
For all other returns, not due to a defect or damage, the item must be returned back to us in its original new unused & unopened packaging. Please ensure that proper packaging is used to return the item, as is not our responsibility for products damaged in transit back to us. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
